GPU inference services and managed compute infrastructure
Token management and AI API gateway services
Intelligent advertising campaign management and optimization
AI-driven risk assessment and analytics services
Custom AI development, integration, and consulting

The specific scope of services shall be defined in the service agreement executed between the parties.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Not use our inference services to generate content that violates applicable laws or our Acceptable Use Policy
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or API keys

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

Use of our API services is subject to the following:

Rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your service plan
Token consumption is metered and billed according to the applicable pricing schedule
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access in cases of abuse, excessive usage, or violation of these terms
API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed in client-side code

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation, is the property of ScaleLab Tech Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScaleLab Tech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
